Below is a compilation of additional achievements that I earned while running both of my businesses, as well as in previous positions in past jobs. I also included a few personal interests as well.

Our branch passed every audit with a 90% or higher.

Our branch received the highest branch goal achievement in our region, of 173% of goal.

TELLER MANAGER
As teller manager I oversaw the productivity, efficiency, and compliance of tellers in accordance with regulatory audit guidelines. I coached and mentored tellers with sales and customer service techniques to maximize branch sales goals and quality assurance. Established and coordinated “bank days” to increase new business and promote Chase’s products and services within the community.
Responsible for maintaining cash flow logistics through vault, ATM, negotiable instruments, and TCD custodial roles which were crucial for efficient branch operations.

I managed the branch’s replenishable resources to insure uninterrupted operations, efficient customer service objectives, and meet regulatory requirements.
OTHER PERSONAL INTERESTS
BAKING & COOKING
When I am not focused on work, I love to bake and cook. I enjoy the challenge of creating elaborate cakes and pastries. I also thoroughly enjoy cooking. I actually contemplated going to the Culinary Institute of America to be a pastry chef.
TRAVEL
Seeing the world and all it has to offer is part of the spirit of my inner explorer, and a necessity for me. We live in a beautiful world that has so much to offer and I want to experience as much of it as I can.
